Project Management and Coordination

Plan and coordinate projects, develop timelines, determine priorities, increase individual and team productivity, control the workday and allocate resources using graphic tools such as MS Project or MS Excel software. Project management and coordination techniques and concepts are learned by participating in team project and completing a personal project plan. Student should be in the last semester of the program OR enrolled in the Project Management certificate.
Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisite: Must be in final semester of the Administrative Professional or the Medical Administrative Specialist program and have completed the courses in the first three semesters, or have been accepted in the Project Management Certificate

Students have until the day before the class starts to register for online, accelerated and short-term classes. After that point, students must obtain permission from the instructor to register and will have until the last date to enroll to use the permission granted to register. For all other classes, students have until the last date to enroll if seats are available.
