Your online course will be available approximately one week before the start of the class and will contain further information. The Sanitation class runs for six weeks with the ServSafe exam administered during the final class. Students must take the exam at this time. Retest dates are available only for students who did not pass the initial test.

Passing the ServSafe exam and receiving a grade of C or better in this class is a prerequisite for the second semester Professional Cooking 2 class.
