This course provides the opportunity for the learner to develop the knowledge, skills, and understanding of food preparation in commercial kitchens that will enhance their careers. Corequisite: 10-316-111 and prerequisite of appropriate Reading Placement test score or equivalent course.

Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisite: COMPASS Reading-65 or higher or ASSET Reading-36 or higher, OR prereq of college level English AND reserved for Culinary/Food Service students
