Property Management 2

This course further explores the various types of properties to manage (office, shopping center, hotel/motel, industrial, rural, etc.) and simulates "real world" experience. Students will engage in projects addressing "green" properties, and develop a business plan for a property management situation.

Students have until the day before the class starts to register for online, accelerated and short-term classes.
