Examines the manager's role in a quality-focused organization. Introduces to the basic functions of management as practiced in an environment that focuses on employee participation. The quality management philosophies of Crosby, Deming, and Juran will be presented along with the concepts of teams and teamwork, and variation and implementation strategies.
