This accelerated class requires the completion of a brief orientation in Blackboard. Copy and paste the following URL into your web browser for instructions: http://madisoncollege.edu/orientation-online-accelerated-learning. Upon completion of the orientation and assessment you will immediately be able to register for this class.

This course is offered in an accelerated format; coursework will be covered in approximately half the normal time. There are greater out of classroom expectations of students in accelerated courses. These classes are meant to accommodate the returning adult student with prior work experience.

It is essential that you purchase your textbook prior to the first day of class. There will likely be assignments due the first night of class. If there is an assignment it will be posted in the class Blackboard site.

Accelerated courses are taught using Blackboard to communicate assignments, submit assignments, work on projects, etc. Before the class starts, log in to Blackboard (using your Madison College username and password) and review the site for further information and course expectations. Your course will be available approximately one week before the start of the class.

Students have until the day before the class starts to register. Students must obtain permission from the instructor to register after this point. Students will have until the “last date to enroll” to use the permission granted from the instructor.
