Bakery Internship

Provides an opportunity to gain practical work experience through supervised internships at approved job sites. Students develop written competency plans with individualized objectives that compliment and enhance instruction given in bakery labs. Prerequisite: completion of all core courses in the Baking/Pastry Arts program.

Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisite: Reserved for Baking/Pastry students who have completed all other baking program courses.

Students have until the day before the class starts to register for online, accelerated and short-term classes. After that point, students must obtain permission from the instructor to register and will have until the last date to enroll to use the permission granted to register. For all other classes, students have until the last date to enroll if seats are available.
